2019 11 06 - School Magazine - Wordsworth 2020

School News
The school magazine is produced annually by a committee of (mostly) senior boys as an exercise in literacy, leadership, prioritisation, meeting deadlines and generally coping with pressure. In other words the production of 'Wordsworth' focuses in on all of those really important soft skills which we all know are so important in all of our professional lives. Every boy (nearly 1000 of them now) gets a free hard copy to take home on the day of our Founder's Day Service, and a digital copy is made available online for alumni spread across the world.

There is a considerable cost to the exercise; the cost is offset by selling advertising space, and the attached letter gives details.

If you take out an advert you can be confident that it will be seen in around 1,000 homes around the South West, in cafes, surgeries etc and will have global exposure too. You will be supporting a hugely valuable enterprise for the boys and also coninuing a BWS tradition which has been in place since 1915! Please do give it a go if you can... Stuart Smallwood
