Stephen is an investment director managing a wide range of portfolios across a broad spectrum of client types including private clients, pension funds, trusts, companies and charities. He has particular expertise managing portfolios introduced by professional intermediaries, particularly financial advisers. Stephen is one of Rathbones’ specialist investment speakers and has extensive experience of public speaking, both at in-person meetings and conferences, as well as through digital platforms.

Prior to beginning a career in investment management Stephen was a professional rugby player with Exeter Chiefs. Stephen holds an MA Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.
