As in 2011 at The White Hart gathering, it's an evening for all of our year; partners; friends in other year groups and as many of our old (!) teachers as I can find.
 
Also as before, we'll invite our teachers and their wives as our guests, gratis.
 
The invitation will be going out in as many ways as possible so as not to miss anyone - via my e-mail list from 2011; Dave Shep's FB; BWSNetwork.org.uk; Upcoming Events on BWS-school.org; Linkedin; word of mouth. 
If you receive it several times you'll at least know you're well connected!

6pm Drinks Reception & Stuff on Sticks - 6th Form Study Room
This is in the main BWS yard where parking is possible on a first come basis
 
6.45pm Bring your glass to the Dining Hall - find your table.
Places are laid up but you have to go to the counter to be served your nosh!
Wine and drinks on the table
 
Main course choices
Veggie-Vegan Curry / Cottage Pie / Chicken Casserole
(Staff will clear the tables)
 
Dessert choices
Spotted Dick / Veggie-Vegan Fruit Crumble / Rice Pudding
(Staff clear the tables and serve coffees)
 
Heads or Tails Quiz if anyone is capable!
Bottle of Louis Roederer Champagne for the winner
(This is serious bubbly stuff - check out the prices online!)
 
Adjourn back to the 6th Form Study Room to recover and find the paying bar.
(The bar has to be cash only as card machines aren't available)
